Job summary

Soliant in Houston, TX seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist for a full-time travel assignment in the upcoming school year. Enjoy premium support, travel stipends, non-taxable compensation, comprehensive benefits, and diverse school settings.

Work with students ages 3–21, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and gain exposure to SHARES and Onward software while maintaining thorough documentation and ARDs. On-site availability is required for 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Active Texas OT license required.
• Must clear state fingerprinting/background check.
• At least several years of school or pediatric experience preferred (COTAs with robust experience considered).
• Not a former employee of the district or previously terminated from any school district.

Responsibilities

• Serve an assigned zone of 6–7 schools in the Houston area.
• Provide OT services with a rotating schedule (caseload around 70; direct services for 30–40 students).
• Conduct student evaluations, participate in ARDs, and maintain documentation using SHARES and Onward software.
• Collaborate with district staff and manage caseloads independently.
