Job summary

Preferred Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel School Occupational Therapist in Enumclaw, Washington. The OT will provide pediatric therapy services within a school district, helping students participate more fully in classroom activities despite health challenges.

You will work with the IEP team to develop individualized treatment plans, conduct evaluations, and implement therapeutic exercises and procedures. The assignment runs for 13 weeks at 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Active state license as an occupational therapist
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• 6 months of OT experience within the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Assess and set goals for students
• Reassess and adjust care plan as indicated to ensure optimal outcomes
• Document evaluations and occupational therapy treatment goals and plans
• Collaborate with the IEP team to create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver occupational therapy and rehabilitation services to students in the school setting
