Job summary

AHS Staffing is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Shelton, Washington. The role focuses on school-based therapy within a multidisciplinary team, delivering pediatric OT services to students.

The OT will develop IEP-driven plans, provide direct therapy, and communicate with families and school personnel to maximize functional outcomes in a school setting. Travel and housing support may be provided.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• WA state license or eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate as part of the multidisciplinary team to assess and plan educationally relevant therapy.
• Develop and implement IEP goals based on assessments.
• Provide therapy to students to improve functional skills and participation in school.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and records for FERPA/HIPAA compliance.
• Communicate with families, school staff, and health professionals to coordinate care.
