Qualifications

Responsibilities

Education

Current certification or licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice

Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy Assistant

One year of experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant

Pediatric experience

Complies with professional standards

Current CPR (if applicable)

TB questionnaire/PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable)

Current health certificate per contract/state regulation

Must meet federal/state/local requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
