Job summary

AAA Travel Services in Billings, MT is seeking a Travel Sales Advisor. This role focuses on providing exceptional travel sales and support experiences to AAA Members, handling cruise, tour, air, hotel, car, and rail bookings with high accuracy.

Responsibilities include end-to-end member engagement, tailoring AAA products to create memorable vacations, and maintaining knowledge of current travel trends. This is a full-time in-branch position requiring on-site presence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of general sales experience.
• 3+ years of recent experience selling international and domestic travel services.
• GDS experience (Apollo/Galileo/Travelport) preferred.
• Strong consultative selling skills.
• Willingness to work Saturdays and evenings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Owns the relationship with the member from beginning to end of each travel transaction.
• Sells international and domestic vacation packages, cruises, tours, hotel, car, rail, and air travel.
• Initiates contact with members and prospects to generate new business and repeat bookings.
• Maintains production goals in travel sales and proprietary products.
• Cross-sells products and memberships.
