AAA Mountain West Group in Billings, MT is seeking a Travel Advisor to deliver exceptional travel sales and member service. This full-time, onsite role handles international and domestic bookings, from cruise and tour packages to flights and rail, while tailoring recommendations to each member.

You will use GDS systems, maintain high accuracy, achieve production goals, and cross-sell memberships and credit products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of general sales experience.
• 3+ years of recent experience selling international and domestic travel services

Responsibilities

• Sell international and domestic vacation packages and travel services.
• Owns the relationship with the member from start to end of each travel transaction.
• Meet minimum production goals in travel sales and related products.
• Cross-sell products such as credit cards and memberships.
• Provide exceptional member service and tailor travel plans to create memorable experiences
