Travel Sales Consultant UK Process - Holiday & Destination Management For a Leading Reputed UK Based Company
Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Requirement

1. Need to have own computer system to work on.
2. 09 hour Shifts, 06 Days working.
3. Office Hours Timing: 1400 hours IST to 0500 IST.
4. Paid Leave: 21 Days + UK Bank Holidays.

Qualifications:
***Must have past experience selling Holiday Packages to customers in UK / Europe***
Ex-Employees who have worked in SALES for GROUP departure for SOTC, KUONI, KESARI, VEENA with a Minimum of 3 years experience selling to the UK / Europe market would be highly preferred.
Applicant with 5+ yrs of Experience in a Travel Sales Division B2C.

Responsibilities:

1. To Sell Holiday Packages to already generated leads.
2. To Sell through phone, deal closure, and Client servicing.
3. Responsible for responding to guest emails and feedback as per the agreed TATs.
4. Responsible to support day-to-day queries with the highest level of customer service via telephone and email.
5. Prior Experience in the Europe / UK Market is mandatory.
