Job summary

Focus Staff is currently seeking a Traveling Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a contract assignment in Manchester, NH. The role supports the Respiratory Team and coordinates with physicians, nurses, and therapists to deliver quality patient care during the COVID-19 crisis.

The position is 13 weeks, 4x12 night shifts, with a competitive pay package based on location and experience. Applicants must have RRT credentials and strong patient safety focus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Respiratory Therapist.
• Maintain current CPR or BCLS certification.
• BCLS, ACLS, PALS, NALS, or NRP preferred
• Excellent communication skills with the staff, physicians, patients and families
• Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patients and recommending a treatment plan
• Providing respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions
• Performing insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes
• Performing timely and accurate documentation
• Promoting continuous quality improvement
• Teaching and counseling patients/families

We currently have a client in Manchester, NH looking for Traveling Respiratory Therapist (RRT)! Focus Staff is seeking a traveling Respiratory Therapist to help us to provide quality patient care during this COVID 19 Crisis. As a member of the Respiratory Team, develop and ensure the patient plan of care in collaboration with physicians, registered nurses, and other therapists.
