Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a travel job in Baltimore, Maryland. The role involves providing critical care respiratory services on a 12-hour night shift schedule, with a 13-week duration and 36 hours per week.

Requirements include an Associate’s degree in Respiratory Therapy, NBRC RRT credential, Maryland license if applicable, 2+ years of experience, plus BLS and ACLS certifications. Local candidates at the same pay rate may be considered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
• Active Maryland state license (if applicable)
• NBRC RRT credential required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Experience in comparable facility size may be required

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care across critical care units, including adult and pediatric emergency settings
• Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Utilize ventilator management, arterial blood gases, CPAP/BIPAP, oxygen therapy, CPT, and aerosolized medications
• Use computerized documentation system
