Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Sacramento, CA. The role requires 2+ years of RRT experience, NBRC RRT certification and CA state license, plus BLS/PALS. You will cover adult, ED, and pediatric patients during 12-hour night shifts, with a 36-hour work week.

Epic EMR experience is required, and prior travel experience is preferred. Openings: 1. Local candidates considered at local rate within 50 miles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
• RRT certification (NBRC) and CA state license required.
• Current BLS and PALS certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care across adult, pediatric, and ED settings.
• Night shift: 12-hour shifts (18:45–07:15).
• Ventilator management including BiPAP, CPAP, SIMV, and weaning from ventilation.
