Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for a RRT-NICU in Charlottesville, VA, 13-week assignment with Days shift. Start on 10/26/2026. 4 12-hour shifts 07:00–19:00. Openings: 1. Epic charting system used. Pay range listed weekly from $3,109 to $3,302 and includes benefits.

Experience required: 1 year in respiratory therapy with NICU/NICU-related skills and certifications: NRP, BLS, and RRT. Travel experience is required for this assignment.

  • Skills: Aerosol set up mask, Aerosol set up trach, Assist in high risk delivery, Bag and mask, Bubble CPAP, ET Tube, Extubation, Hand held, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), High frequency jet ventilator, High frequency jet ventilator, High frequency oscillator, Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Intubation Assist, Metered Dose Inhaler (MDI), Nasal airway placement, Nasal airway suctioning, Neonatal transports (inter-departmental), NICU, Nitric Oxide (INo), Oral airway placement, Oral/nasal Suctioning, Oscillating Ventilator, Pediatric Critical Care, Pediatrics, Sputum specimen collection, Trach collar, Tracheostomy care/management
  • Certifications: NRP, BLS, RRT
