Job summary

Cross Country Allied is seeking a Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a position in Boston, MA. The role involves working nights in a busy Level 1 trauma center ICU/ED, handling advanced ventilator management and critical care tasks.

The ideal candidate holds an RRT, valid Respiratory Therapist license, and BLS, with at least 2 years of experience and on-call availability. Housing and travel reimbursement are provided as part of the travel assignment.

Qualifications

• Licensure as Respiratory Therapist with an RRT credential.
• Certification: RRT required; BLS required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience; Level 1 trauma center experience preferred.
• Proficient in advanced ventilator management and interpretation of PV loops, driving pressure, and PEEP.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care in an adult ICU and ED within a Level 1 trauma center.
• Manage ventilator support and advanced airway management.
• Participate in on-call rotations as required.
