Job summary

Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a travel assignment in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role will provide specialized respiratory care for adult patients in a hospital setting.

The incumbent will work a 12-hour night shift (3x12 hours) for 36 hours per week on a travel basis. Start date is 11/30/2026 with a duration of 13 weeks. Requires ACLS, BLS, PALS, RRT, and State licensure, along with extensive airway and ventilator management experience.

Qualifications

• ACLS, BLS, PALS, RRT certs and state license required.
• Adult critical care experience preferred.
• Endotracheal tube care, suctioning, extubation and airway management essential.
• Ventilator management including BiPAP/CPAP and ventilator alarms knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed respiratory therapies and monitor patient responses.
• Perform airway management including intubation assist and suctioning.
• Assess and manage patients with ARDS, pneumonia, COVID and other respiratory conditions.
• Document and communicate with care team about patient status and treatments.
