Focus Staff is seeking a traveling Registered Respiratory Therapist for a travel assignment in Oak Hill, West Virginia.

The contract is for 13 weeks with 36 hours per week, night shifts included. This role requires CPR/BCLS certification and offers a competitive benefits package and licensing reimbursement.

Responsibilities include respiratory care, patient evaluation, airway management, and precise documentation while collaborating with physicians and nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Repertory Therapist
• Maintain current CPR or BCLS certification
• BCLS, ACLS, PALS, NALS, or NRP preferred
• Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients and families

Responsabilités

• Evaluating patient and recommends a treatment plan
• Providing respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions
• Performing insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes
• Performing timely and accurate documentation
• Promoting continuous quality improvement
• Teaching and counseling patients/families
