Job summary

Safety Rail Company is seeking Installation Associates to travel across North America to install fall protection systems on commercial rooftops. When not traveling, work onsite in our Chanhassen, MN manufacturing facility performing general labor duties.

All training and travel expenses are covered by SRC. Positions are tiered by experience (I-III) with pay ranging from $26.88 to $31.94 hourly; opportunities to advance exist with certifications such as OSHA 30 and forklift operating.

Qualifications

• Installers must be willing and flexible to travel 2-3 weeks per month across North America by air and vehicle.
• When not traveling, installers work in the Chanhassen, MN production facility performing general labor duties.
• Must possess valid TSA documents for air travel and be able to obtain a TWIC card.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites for installations across North America.
• Unload pallets and equipment from trucks and set up fall protection systems.
• Work with power tools to install rails, gates, ladders, and related products on rooftops.
• When not traveling, perform general labor duties at the Chanhassen facility.
• Lead small crews on installations and assist foreman as needed.
