Job summary

Solutions By Sanford is seeking Experienced RNs for travel assignments nationwide, including Fargo-area facilities. Join a team delivering compassionate care in diverse communities, with rotating 12-hour shifts and 36 weekly hours.

As an RN, you will use the nursing process, collaborate with physicians, and coordinate care across settings. Requires graduation from accredited nursing program, RN license, and at least one year of experience plus six months travel experience; contracts are 14 weeks

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state where practice occurs.
• Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient care, conduct education, triage, and other nursing interventions.
• Practice within the scope and standards of nursing as defined by state regulations.
