Job summary

Solutions By Sanford is seeking Registered Nurses for travel assignments across the country, with a focus on underserved communities. You will provide end-to-end nursing care, collaborate with physicians, and coordinate patient education during all phases of care.

Positions feature 12‑hour day shifts in Fargo, ND, with a 36‑hour weekly schedule. Travel experience and a valid RN license are required; contracts are 14 weeks with an option to extend or move to another Sanford site.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; RN license in state of practice.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Obtain and maintain required competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter‑professional teams to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient education, triage, and nursing interventions across all care phases.
