Job summary

Solutions By Sanford is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for travel assignments at Sanford Broadway Med Ctr in Fargo, ND. Rotating 12-hour shifts with a 36-hour workweek and 14-week contracts are offered, with weekly pay and Sanford benefits included.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of experience, at least 6 months of travel experience, and reside within 60 miles of the Fargo location. A BSN is preferred and an unrestricted RN license is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including AACN, ACEN, and NLN CNEA familiarity.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice or multistate licensure if in an NLC state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process across all phases of care.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional teams to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient assessment, education, triage, and other nursing interventions.
