Job summary

Solutions By Sanford is seeking Experienced RNs for travel assignments at Sanford Broadway Med Ctr in Fargo, ND. The role involves rotating 12-hour shifts with a 36-hour week, and contracts are 14 weeks with options to extend or transfer to another Sanford site.

Applicants must have at least one year of experience and travel experience of six months, and must live within 60 miles of the Fargo location. The RN will perform nursing duties per standards, collaborate with physicians and the care

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional staff to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Patient education, triage, and coordination of care across all phases of treatment and follow-up.
