Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) position with Solutions by Sanford is a travel nursing role based at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo in Fargo, ND. It involves delivering comprehensive nursing care, coordinating with physicians and other professionals, and ensuring patient education and safety across all care phases.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, an active RN license, and ideally a Bachelor’s degree in nursing. Travel experience and distance from the facility are considered.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience.
• At least six months of travel experience.
• Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize nursing process to provide individualized patient care.
• Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient assessment, education, triage and nursing interventions.
• Practice within the Nurse Practice Act and state licensure requirements.
• Support continuity of care from prevention through follow-up.
