Qualifications

• RN license required.
• 3 years RN experience in ER/ICU/Peri-Operative or Med/Surg.
• QI or patient safety experience.
• EPIC EHR experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis and support QA projects.
• Contribute to improving patient safety and operational efficiency.
