Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Utilization Review for a travel nursing job in Bethesda, Maryland. This in-person role focuses on quality improvement, chart reviews, and patient safety initiatives within a suburban hospital setting.

The position includes a 13-week assignment, with start on 10/12/2026 and end around 01/09/2027, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, days shift. Travel benefits and Johns Hopkins system rehiring considerations apply.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• 3 years RN experience in Emergency Room, Intensive Care Unit, Peri-Operative, or Medical/Surgical units.
• Quality Improvement (QI) or patient safety experience required.
• EPIC electronic health record system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review safety events and perform chart audits.
• Conduct root cause analysis and support QA projects.
• Assist in improving patient safety and operational efficiency.
