Clinical Excellence/Patient Care
Minimum Requirements
Items minimally necessary to perform essential functions of the role.
Preferred or Specialized
Additional qualifications that are not required but preferred.
Education:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN degree preferred.
Experience:
One (1) year of hospital clinical experience.
Licenses/Certifications:
Current RN licensure in good standing; dual licensure in Illinois and a Compact State required within 90 days if not already licensed.
Current BLS certification; PALS, TNCC, NIHSS, ACLS (within 6 months if applicable); valid driver's license.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Fluent in English, culturally sensitive, proficient with basic computer skills, patient-focused, and able to think critically.
Other:
Use of standard equipment, travel to other UPH facilities, and driving own vehicle for work-related duties.
