American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) telemetry position in Johnson City, Tennessee. The assignment requires a TN or compact RN license and willingness to float to Med Surg when needed.

The role is a travel opportunity with a 13-week duration, 36 hours per week, 12-hour days, and a 1:7 float ratio. 100-mile radius requirement applies and pre-employment drug testing is required.

Qualifications

• Active TN or compact RN license in hand at consideration.
• Minimum two years of RN experience.
• AHA BLS required.
• ACLS and NIHSS preferred.
• Telemetry experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Work in a hospital Progressive Care Unit (PCU) telemetry.
• Patient population includes higher acuity patients requiring telemetry monitoring.
• Float to other units such as Med Surg with a 1:7 patient ratio if census demands.
• Day shift schedule is 3x12 hours, 6:30 to 19:00, with rotating weekends.
• No on-call responsibilities.
• Participate in clinical education and support nursing students while providing patient care.
