Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Austin, Texas. The position is a 13-week contract with 36 hours per week, night shifts 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, and every other weekend required.

The ideal candidate will have RN licensure in Texas, BLS, and Med/Surg experience, with telemetry proficiency. ACLS and TNCC are a plus. ARMStaffing offers health benefits, onboarding support, 401(k) with match, travel reimbursement, and housing assistance.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state.
• BLS certification required.
• Med/Surg experience required; Telemetry experience preferred.
• ACLS and TNCC certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient conditions using telemetry.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care.
• Document patient care and outcomes in the EMR system (MediTech).
• Participate in unit meetings and contribute to ongoing education and professional development.
