HealthForce Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a telemetry-focused travel assignment in Simi Valley, CA. The 13-week contract involves nights and 12-hour shifts (36 hours per week), with start date 10/26/2026 and weekly pay between $1,952 and $2,077.

The role requires CA RN licensure, telemetry experience, and strong clinical judgment in a multidisciplinary team, with travel support and potential extension opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in California.
• Ability to work nights and 12-hour shifts (3x12).
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and basic cardiovascular assessment.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an individual patient or assigned group, following established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Monitor telemetry data, interpret cardiac rhythms, respond to alarms, and elevate issues as needed.
• Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders; document care accurately in patient records.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team; provide education to patients and families; assist with discharge planning as appropriate.
