Qualifications

• Active RN license to practice in the United States.
• Ability to work night shifts in a 12-hour nursing schedule.
• Relevant nursing experience in telemetry/acute care is preferred for this tele/telemetry role.
• Strong communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or group of patients according to established standards and the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff; provide guidance as needed.
• Coordinate care with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive patient management.
• Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making in daily patient care.
• Document care provided, monitor status, and respond to changes promptly.
