Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a licensed RN for a night-shift Telemetry position on a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit in Hickory, North Carolina. The assignment runs 13 weeks with a 36-hour workweek and 12-hour night shifts.

Start date is 01/12/2026; travel status prohibits other full-time work, and a valid NC or compact RN license is required along with 2+ years Telemetry experience. Benefits include a comprehensive package and per diem reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Active NC or compact RN license required.
• Minimum of 2 years RN experience in a telemetry setting.
• Certifications must be from organizations other than RQI.
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration.
• Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the past 12 months.
• COVID vaccination card required for assignment.

Responsibilities

• Position is based on a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit in a hospital setting.
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Permanent address must be more than 60 miles from the assignment facility.
• Cannot hold full-time employment elsewhere during this assignment.
• COVID vaccination card required for assignment.
