Additional Information

• Perform independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions in accordance with state Board of Nursing standards
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for observation patients
• Perform health teaching, counseling, and therapy monitoring
• Document care in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines
• Returning employees must be separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment
