Prime Time Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Show Low, Arizona. This 13-week assignment requires nights on a 3x12 schedule with a 36-hour guarantee and potential float to Med/Surg units.

Required are 2 years RN experience, 1–2 years Telemetry experience, Arizona or Compact license, and BLS/ACLS/NIHSS certifications. This travel role offers an opportunity to work in a private-bed telemetry unit with 24/7 support.

Qualifications

• 2 years of RN experience required.
• 1–2 years of Telemetry experience in acute care.
• Arizona or Compact license required.
• BLS, ACLS and NIHSS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Stepdown/Telemetry nursing care for adults.
• Monitor patients and coordinate with the care team.
• Attend orientation with a preceptor and adhere to unit protocols.
• May float to Med/Surg units as needed.
