Responsibilities

• Plan and provide nursing care to patients in the step-down unit.
• Accurately interpret ECG rhythms and manage care during life-threatening emergencies.
• Monitor patient status, adjust plans of care, and respond to changes promptly.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to ancillary personnel within scope of practice.
• Collaborate with team members, including CNAs, to ensure safe patient care.
