Job summary

A leading healthcare provider is seeking a qualified individual for a Stepdown position in Las Cruces, New Mexico. The role involves day shifts and requires proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation along with management of specific medications. Candidates should expect to float to ICU and Tele as necessary. Experience with various oxygen modalities is preferred, and the ability to work nights and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Stepdown Experience required.
• Proficient in cardiac rhythm interpretation.
• Must be able to manage amiodorone, heparin, precedex gtts.

Responsibilities

• Work day shift from 7a-7:30p.
• Float to ICU and Tele as needed.
• Manage patient care with 1:4 IMC ratio.
