What You Need:

Active RN license (state-specific or compact)

ACLS and BLS certifications

Minimum 1 year of recent Step-Down (IMC) experience

Proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation

Confidence managing high-acuity patients and critical IV medications

Preferred Experience:

Familiarity with Cardene, Cardizem, and Insulin drips
