Job summary

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN for the PCU/Step Down unit in Thomasville, GA. The RN will work 36 hours per week on a 13-week assignment, typically on a 12-hour night shift from 19:00 to 07:00, providing care to Step Down patients in a hospital setting.

Requirements include BLS, ACLS, telemetry, IV start, and a minimum of 3 years of recent stepdown experience. Travelexperience preferred; Cerner EMR familiarity is expected.

Qualifications

• Cerner EMR experience required.
• Travel experience preferred; locals may affect rate.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care to Step down unit patients.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry.
• Administer IV therapies and medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for optimal outcomes.
• Document patient status and care in Cerner EMR.
