Position Summary:
Develops, implements, evaluates, and revises a care plan for assigned patients and families, promoting Vibra Travels' mission and values. Care includes direct patient care, delegation, and supervision of nursing care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. Key responsibilities include demonstrating clinical competence, managing patient care, improving quality, establishing professional relationships, fulfilling hospital responsibilities, and developing clinical expertise per specialty.
Position Supervisory Responsibilities:
Supervises Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Nursing Aides, and Techs.
