Overview

Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Develops, implements, evaluates, and revises a care plan for assigned patients and families, promoting Vibra Travels' mission and values. Care includes direct patient care, delegation, and supervision of nursing care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. Key responsibilities include demonstrating clinical competence, managing patient care, improving quality, establishing professional relationships, fulfilling hospital responsibilities, and developing clinical expertise per specialty.

Position Supervisory Responsibilities:

Supervises Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Nursing Aides, and Techs.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid, active RN license in the state of employment
  • Current BLS certification from Vibra Travels-approved vendor
  • Valid, active driver’s license
  • Ability to travel via public air and ground transportation

Additional Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1 year acute care experience preferred
  • Professional image and conduct
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and analytical skills
  • Ability to make independent decisions when needed
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer software
  • No illegal drug or alcohol use in the workplace

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:

  • Current RN license, BLS certification, and driver’s license required
  • Additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, NRP) may be required
