Job summary

HealthForce Healthcare in Lawrenceville, GA is seeking a Registered Nurse – Radiology for a 13‑week assignment starting October 5, 2026. Four 10‑hour daytime shifts per week, guaranteed 40 hours, and on‑call 2–3 shifts monthly in interventional radiology.

You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor vitals, and collaborate with radiology teams. GA RN license, 2 years radiology experience, BLS/ACLS, AS/BSN required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Georgia.
• Minimum 2 years of radiology/interventional radiology nursing experience.
• BLS and ACLS required; PALS preferred.
• Nursing degree from an approved program (AS/BSN acceptable).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care for patients undergoing interventional radiology and imaging procedures; pre‑ and post‑procedure care.
• Administer medications, manage IV therapy, monitor vitals, respond to changes in patient condition.
• Collaborate with radiology staff to prepare for procedures and maintain sterile technique.
• Document assessments and outcomes; communicate during handoffs to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families on procedures, recovery, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain flexibility for on‑call shifts and holiday coverage.
