Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel RN for PreOp/PACU - Post Anesthesia Care in Sioux Falls, SD. The 13-week assignment offers 40 hours per week, dayshift, with travel benefits and full benefits package.

Required qualifications include at least 1 year of Pre/Post-Op RN experience, an active RN license, and current BLS certification. Preferred ACLS and PALS; other licenses may be required.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Pre/Post-Op RN.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients pre-operatively and review medical history.
• Prepare patients for surgery and educate on procedures.
• Assess post-anesthesia condition and identify potential complications.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor recovery.
• Document patient progress and communicate with the care team.
