Job summary

Good Samaritan in Windom, MN seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process. You will collaborate with residents, families and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care across all phases of care.

The role requires travel to support multiple locations within a 75-mile radius, with PRN schedule and varied shifts. Licensure and continuous competency maintenance are required; compensation includes premium pay and shift

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license with state board of nursing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident education and nursing interventions; may serve as charge nurse as needed.
