Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice and multistate licensure if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with residents, families and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, and education; ensure safe and reliable administration of care.
• Serve as charge nurse when needed and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel as appropriate.
