Job summary
Trinity Health is seeking experienced FirstChoice RNs for part-time, 12-hour day shifts at MercyOne New Hampton Medical Center in IA. This mobile staffing solution offers premium compensation and nationwide opportunities as needed.
You will float across hospital locations and regions, demonstrate professional nursing practice, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve patient outcomes. Enjoy flexible scheduling and opportunities for travel and per diem assignments.
Qualifications
- RN license valid in the applicable state(s) of practice.
- Minimum of eighteen (18) months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU; two (2) years for other specialties.
- Credentials required per specialty (e.g., ACLS, TNCC, etc). BLS, ACLS and PALS via American Heart Association.
Responsibilities
- Float across the hospital and/or regions as needed.
- Adhere to the six elements of professional practice: Assess, Identify outcomes, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
- Act independently within license and scope of practice.
- Maintain accountability for delegation and decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive quality and improvements.
- Adapt to new ideas and priorities while managing competing duties.
