Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Stepdown RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Yakima, WA. You will provide comprehensive care for patients transitioning from ICU to medical-surgical units, focusing on cardiac monitoring and interventions.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN.
• Current Valid RN license in WA.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• Preferred PCCN and NIHSS certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and telemetry data.
• Administer meds and treatments per nursing protocols.
• Assist physicians in cardiac-related procedures.
• Educate patients on cardiac health and lifestyle changes.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure safe telemetry care.
