Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU for a 13-week assignment in Show Low, AZ. This Stepdown RN role involves cardiac-focused care with telemetry monitoring and collaboration across disciplines.

The position requires 1 year of Stepdown experience, active RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications. Travel benefits include competitive pay and comprehensive health plans. Start date is 11/02/2026, with nights on a 12-hour shift.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN.
• Current Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS Certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Monitors and interprets cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and telemetry data.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments with focus on cardiac care.
• Prepares equipment and assists physician during cardiac procedures.
• Maintains awareness of comfort and safety needs of telemetry patients.
• Notifies supervisor or physician of patient status and response to interventions.
