Qualifications

• One year of Stepdown RN experience is required.
• Current RN license in Indiana and valid BLS/ACLS certifications are required.
• Strong telemetry and critical care knowledge is expected.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and telemetry data and respond to abnormalities.
• Administer medications and treatments with focus on cardiac care.
• Assist physicians during cardiac procedures and prepare equipment.
• Educate patients about cardiac health and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, patient-centered care.
