MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel assignment in Louisville, Kentucky. This 13-week position offers 36 hours per week on 12-hour shifts with travel pay and housing support.

The PCU nurse will monitor stable patients requiring close monitoring and frequent assessment, handling complex medications as needed. Active RN license, accredited nursing degree, BLS & ACLS, and 18 months PCU/Step-down experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Degree from accredited nursing program.
• BLS & ACLS certifications required.
• 18 months of recent Acute Care PCU/Step-down experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients requiring close monitoring; detect vital changes.
• Provide care for PCU/step-down patients and titrate medications as needed.
