Cynet Health is seeking an experienced RN for a 13-week PCU assignment in Tennessee. Day shifts are 3x12 hours with a 3:1 patient ratio. ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications and Epic charting experience are required. You will work in a fast-paced progressive care setting handling chemo ports, telemetry, and vasoactive drips.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in step-down or PCU, willingness to float to other units, and strong teamwork. Travel experience is a plus for this assignment.

Qualifications

• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Epic charting experience required.
• Two years nursing experience in progressive care or step-down.
• Travel experience preferred.
• Charge experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Care for patients in a 3:1 ratio in a progressive care/step-down unit.
• Administer chemotherapy and manage ports as needed.
• Monitor telemetry and vasoactive drips; respond to changes promptly.
• Collaborate with respiratory therapy, social services and pharmacy.
• Float to different units as required and maintain patient safety.
