Job summary

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic's FirstChoice mobile staffing program seeks experienced Registered Nurses for premium compensation and maximum flexibility. RNs may float across Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital Darby, PA and other facilities within the network, with regional and nationwide opportunities.

The role emphasizes independent nursing practice within licensure, collaboration with stakeholders, and ongoing learning.

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
Valid RN licensure in the applicable state(s).
Minimum 18 months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience for Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, ED and Behavioral Health.
Credential requirements per specialty (e.g., ACLS, TNCC) with BLS, ACLS and PALS through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

Float across the hospital and/or multiple locations/regions as needed.
Perform the nursing process: Assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement and evaluate.
Act independently within licensure and scope of knowledge.
Collaborate with stakeholders to support quality and improvement outcomes.
Demonstrate adaptability and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
