Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel RN for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The role features 12-hour night shifts, a minimum of 36 hours per week, and a travel employment arrangement designed to support flexible living on assignment.

Responsibilities include high-quality patient care, adherence to individualized plans, coordination with the care team, and discharge planning. Prioritize safety, education, and ongoing professional development during the assignment.

Qualifications

• Certifications include BLS and ACLS prior to first shift.
• Minimum of two years bedside clinical experience in critical or progressive care.
• Experience in critical care is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission and develop care plans.
• Initiate discharge planning and educate patients and families.
• Provide leadership and supervise ancillary staff as needed.
