Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN in PCU – Progressive Care Unit for a travel assignment in Atlanta, GA. Start date 10/05/2026, duration 16 weeks, 36 hours per week with 12-hour nights.

Active RN license, degree from an accredited nursing program, and BLS are required, with at least 18 months of recent PCU/Step-down experience. Travel benefits and housing support are included.

Qualifications

• Active RN License.
• Degree from accredited nursing program.
• BLS Certifications.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care PCU/Step-down setting.
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and changes in condition using the nursing process.
• Document plan of care with diagnoses and expected outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about care plans.
• Update and revise plans of care as medical conditions change.
