Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU for a 17-week assignment in Marshfield, Wisconsin. Start date 09/28/2026; 36 hours per week, nights, 12-hour shifts; travel position with competitive pay and full benefits.

As a Stepdown RN, you will monitor telemetry, administer cardiac meds, and collaborate with the care team. Requires 1 year Stepdown RN experience, current RN license, BLS and ACLS; PCCN/NIHSS preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN.
• Current Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS Certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Monitors and interprets cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and telemetry data.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments with a focus on cardiac care.
• Prepares equipment and aids physician during cardiac procedures.
• Maintains awareness of comfort and safety needs of telemetry patients.
• Documents nursing history and physical assessment for telemetry patients.
• Initiates patient education plans focusing on cardiac health and risk factors.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
