Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a travel Stepdown RN for a 13-week assignment in Baltimore, MD. The nurse will care for patients transitioning from ICU to stepdown units, with telemetry monitoring and cardiac-focused interventions.

Requirements include 1 year of Stepdown RN experience, an active RN license, and current BLS/ACLS certifications. A PCCN/NIHSS may be preferred. Travel benefits and day-one coverage apply.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Stepdown RN experience.
• Current RN license in Maryland or compact state.
• BLS and ACLS certifications current.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret telemetry data and vital signs.
• Administer prescribed medications with cardiac focus.
• Prepare equipment and assist with cardiac procedures.
• Document assessments and educate patients on cardiac health.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure safe patient care.
